4) Monthly Secure recordings and live training to equip you on the journey towards wholeness. Every Month a teaching is released that will help build you up as you work towards your goals. This teaching will help generate more awareness and clarity for your development and growth. Any questions from the monthly teachings can be brought to our weekly sessions as you apply and implement the knowledge learned.

 

5) 1.1 Onboarding Intensive Session

This is a private call where you can share your needs, complete a verbal assessment to identify your strengths and weaknesses and then together we will create a plan for how you will thrive best in the membership. We will also choose a Membership Area of Focus.

Fears Around Group Setting 

 

We understand that some of you may have fears around group coaching, so we wanted to address and silence those fears. One of the things I love the most about group coaching is the insight it brings that you may not get in a 1:1 setting through hearing other members be coached you will discover problems, and solutions you didn't know you had or needed. With group coaching there is also community building which means you're not only gaining the help of an expert coach for support but also a community and relationships that will last a lifetime,

 

Structure  

 

The Secure Coaching membership is structured in a way where everyone will have an opportunity to be coached and assisted as you implement the trainings, teachings and concepts that you will learn throughout the membership, 1:1 coaching provides a lot more one to one time to unpack as we implement but with group coaching you will be given the tools to help you unpack and implement outside of meetings and then you are able to bring the setbacks, questions and roadblocks that come up along the way for coaching, clarity and direction during the weekly sessions .
